I enjoy working with anyone who wants to lift their leadership and/or sales performance. It’s what I do.

I spend the majority of my working time with leaders in a variety of roles – coaching, consulting, teaching, mentoring - and it keeps me pretty busy.

I’ve created this course in response to requests I get from leaders who simply want to know: “What can I do to be a more effective leader and get better results?”

This course answers those questions and equips leaders – new, established, senior, junior, leaders-in-waiting… – with the knowledge, skills and tools to make a real difference in a short period of time.

And it’s a way for me to help leaders make a difference by effectively leveraging my time.

 But I only have a limited amount of time (I’m still working with a range of clients around Australia), so I need to limit the number of participants in the Course each three months.

Simply put, this works.  And occasionally a leader will want more, or an ongoing relationship with my team and me beyond this three month Course. And if it’s a fit, and my schedule can accommodate it, I end up with a new client.  Good for business!

Over the past 30 years, I haven’t worked with a leader (manager, business owner, supervisor…) that I didn’t add some value to. Sometimes a little, mostly quite a lot.

It’s not about being “the boss.” It’s about creating the clarity and confidence that make people want to do their best work.

Leadership sets the tone, the direction, and the standards that drive performance. Without it, teams drift, results drop, and accountability disappears.

It's a long list…  I've worked with leaders from CEOs, managers, business owners, and sales managers through to, team leaders, foremen, master tradespeople, doctors, dentists, accountants, financial advisers, practice managers, and more.

Theory is a good start, but my real point of difference is that I work with leaders on developing actions and behaviours that can be applied - very quickly - to drive performance and results.  And I do it WITH you.  I work with my clients to put actions in place that are sustainable. 

Nothing changes without action!

Trust it because it works.  And, importantly, it will make sense to you.  There is no silver bullet or secret sauce to effective leadership, but there are a number of fundamental skills that need to be understood, learned and mastered to build consistent, sustainable leadership capability. 

It's not complicated (I don’t confuse simple with easy) but it's not difficult when you understand the fundamentals, make a genuine effort to apply the right practices and, importantly, have someone to help you - that’s what I do.

My With You program is just that - I help you learn and apply effective leadership actions and behaviours - I don't just give you the learning and wish you well, I work with you to develop the skills, establish a plan and implement the actions. 

My leadership With You program includes one-on-one support, group advisory sessions (I’ve done over 17,000 hours of in-person close-quarter support like this, it's really powerful) and a stack of ongoing support. 

The short answer is: immediately!  You will be able to begin making changes to your leadership behaviours, actions and rhythm straight away.  But real change takes time.  While there are some early changes and “wins”, sustainable change takes time, effort and consistency.

Realistically, over the first month or two, you will be a more effective leader and your results, and those of the people you lead, will reflect that.
